War on Terror? Nay.

War on terror? Nay, it is war on Islam. How? Tell you how. Any Muslim that paractises Islam, has self-esteem, is intelligent, knows his rights as a human being, stands up for his religion, tries to stop excesses of other nations to his Muslim nation is tagged as an al-qa'idah operative or a Talibaan. And al-qaidah and talibaan are the symbol of terrorism, in turn he/she is a terrorist and eligible for elimination.

Would anybody differ?

THERE IS A HIGHER POWER.

THERE IS A HIGHER POWER.
YES THERE IS A HIGHER POWER.
YEAH THERE IS A HIGHER POWER.

A power that brings Katrina, tsunami, hurricane, tornadoes, strong winds, causes wild-fires, earth-quakes, strikes with the lightening whoever and wherever it chooses.

A power that causes death to anyone anytime anywhere, leaving behind everybody else helpless. Can anybody deny it? I don't think so. Then why do we live so carefree, suppressing people's rights, oppressing innocents, torturing helpless, threatening the weak ones, ruining the lands that are people's livelihood? Don't we fear that the Higher Power that is in control of everything in existence could be outraged by our arrogance and extravagance, and could take revenge of all those that have been wronged?

Daniel Boyd, his two sons and 4 other prisoners are being kept in solitary confinement as if they have committed heinous crimes. Their arrest is so far on the pretext that they were going to commit certain crimes while those who have raped, murdered, tortured and destroyed properties of peaceful civilians are running around free, like Prince of Blackwater, Uzbaki Dustam, Dick Cheney, Rumsfeld, Bush, CIA personnel, Lindsey of Abu Ghuraib and God knows how many thousands of others who have proven record of heinous crimes against the humanity in general and Muslims in particular.

Not only that they are tortured through solitary confinement with the sleep deprivation techniques, they are imprisoned so far away from their families that the family members have to travel three hours each way to visit only one of them at a time. That means they have to travel 3 times if they want to see all three of them; one trip per person!

That is not enough, their family's account is frozen so they have no money to take care of their family expenses. They have no money and their bread earners are in the prison. What is the real agenda behind this whole set up? Muhammad Boyd's wife has given birth to a baby boy. How many fathers are there who would agree with the first-born being deprived of his father's presence in his life when he comes to this unfriendly world? Or now the babies are also going to be tortured just because they are born to a Muslim father? Is this democracy that America is trying to spread through guns and bombs to the Muslim world? Is this considered a civilized society?

In the name of liberation people's rights are being swallowed left and right! Can someone come up with an idea as to how to end this ongoing persecution?

Are the Prisons safe now?

So now the Muslim prisoners can't even be placed in the prinsons since they spread Islam there! The only option left is "SOLITARY CONFINEMENT". May be half of American land could be reserved for prison system where all the Muslims from every corner of the earth can be imported and placed in solitary confinement. Or just kill every single one of them on the earth. They are like BACTERIA, that are uncontrollable, the more you spray, the stronger they get! HUH!

By the way keeping in line with my suggestion, Daniel Boyd and his buddies are placed in Solitary Confinement, even though legally they are still innocent (but their biggest crime is Islam). Not only that, the so called Ring Leader has not been allowed even to speak to his wife or be visited by her! I wonder if he is still in one piece. Would anybody dare the state terrorism?

Read the following article and bite yourself.

http://www.investigativeproject.org/1041/radicals-in-our-prisons

Note: This article originally appeared in the New York Post.

Amid all the shocking details in the disrupted plot to bomb Bronx synagogues and fire missiles at American military aircraft, one component of the case should come as no surprise - three of the alleged culprits converted to radical Islam in prison.

Radical Islamists have targeted prison populations for recruitment for years. That's where Jose Padilla, suspected of plotting to detonate a dirty bomb and convicted of conspiracy to murder people overseas and of providing material support to terrorists, converted and was radicalized.

That's where a California man, Kevin James, created his own cell, called the Jam'iyyat Ul-Islam Is-Saheeh (JIS), and recruited other inmates to plot attacks against military and Jewish targets in and around Los Angeles.

In New York, the man who was the head Muslim chaplain for state prisons considered the 9/11 hijackers to be martyrs. Warith Deen Umar spent 20 years working with New York prisons, overseeing the hiring of Muslim chaplains and leading prayer services.

My organization, the Investigative Project on Terrorism, obtained an audio tape of a speech Umar gave in 2004. In it, he told his audience that victory for Islam would not come without loss:

"Brothers, be prepared to fight, be prepared to die, be prepared to kill. It's a part of the deen, and this ain't your brother just saying this, this is history, this is Quran, nobody can deny it. and we need to let the enemies know."

And:

"Rise up and fight. And fight them until turmoil is no more and strike terror into their hearts. You think there is no terror in Quran? It's called [word unclear] read it in the 56th surah of the Quran. There's no lack of translation, there's no mistranslation There's not one Sheikh says one thing, no, it's very clear. "When you fight, you strike terror into the heart of the disbeliever.'"

Hear the first clip here and the second clip here.

According to a 2003 column in the Wall Street Journal, a protégé of Umar's was a man named Salahuddin M. Muhammad, hired by Umar to serve as chaplain at the Fishkill Correctional Facility. Today, Muhammad is an imam at the Masjid Al-Ikhlas in Newburg, NY, where the first conversation about attacking American between defendant James Cromitie and the FBI informant took place (Muhammad is not named in the criminal complaint).

Radicalism in prisons is a problem that has been festering for years. The Department of Justice's Inspector General issued a report in 2004 with a host of recommendations for tamping it down, but there's little sign any action has been taken.

Source: The New York Post
That President Obama now wants to transfer hundreds of hardened jihadists into American prisons is a guarantee that they will serve as emissaries and proselytizers of jihad to the thousands of prisoners they are exposed to. In virtually no time, it is all but certain - based on past patterns of radical Islamic growth in jails that we have investigated - that we will witness the number of radical Islamic inmates multiply by thousands, maybe more.

The Guantanamo prisoners will be looked up as jihadi rock stars and each one could potentially produce a hundred new ticking time bombs ultimately walking the streets of America. Although the President tried to reassure us that no inmate has ever escaped from a super maximum security prison, what about the newly indoctrinated jihadists among the existing inmates who will be certainly released after their terms are up? In light of the massive damage and death that only four converts to Islam in prison could have carried out as witnessed in the interdiction of the recent terror plot, one cannot even begin to imagine the potential for damage and death a thousand times greater were there to be a whole new generation of hardened jihadists walking the streets of the US with an agenda of nothing but murder and destruction. FBI agents with whom I have spoke say that the transfer of prisoners to the US is insane, pure and simple.

Part of the problem is that there is no single agency which can change the nation's prison system, since states are responsible for their own penitentiaries and each has its own religious programming. Imams recruited by the likes of Umar continue to work, library shelves are stocked with the words of radical ideologues like Syyed Qutb and Sayyid Mawlana Abul Ala Maududi. Some prison libraries include the Nobel Quran, an extreme interpretation of Islam's holy book that includes a call for jihad.

These books are not reviewed by prison officials, perhaps due to language differences or because they are perceived simply as religious texts. DOJ, which has oversight over BOP, refuses to acknowledge the problem.

Meanwhile, federal records identified by the Investigative Project on Terrorism and available on the Internet show a number of Muslim Brotherhood-tied organizations receiving government contracts, including contracts with the Bureau of Prisons, to perform work such as chaplain services and Islamic studies.

Some, like the Muslim American Society, have dedicated prison projects in which they specifically collect money to send religious dogma to prisoners and underwrite volunteer chaplains. This effort is aimed not only at existing Muslims convicts but to convert non-Muslim inmates.

In light of the 2004 IG report, these contractual relationships with radical Islamic groups show that there still is very little oversight concerning the messengers importing religion into U.S. prisons.

Wednesday night, we saw what happens when they leave prison and follow an extremist path, buying into propaganda that the America is at war with Islam and they mobilize to act. It is time someone paid attention.

The first thing that needs to be done is to get the Bureau of Prisons to stop being able to stick its head in the sand. The Department of Justice, which oversees the Bureau of Prisons, needs to immediately set national vetting standards for all religious clergy - not just Muslim Imams but Rabbis and Priests - and all religious texts and propaganda being allowed into federal prisons. Congress needs to impose new rules that force BOP to mandate and operate strict investigations of those who preach in the prisons and the material they are allowed to import.

Wahhabist literature, Muslim Brotherhood tracts calling for Jihad, Saudi produced Qurans that exude hatred for Jews and Christians - all of this continues to flow into federal and local prisons unhampered.

To those who say this is a violation of the free practice of religion or free speech, that is pure nonsense: Like government officials who are denied clearances based on background checks, Islamic chaplains who do not pass certain clearance standards can also be denied the right to enter prisons. That does not stop them from practicing their religion; it only stops them from spreading their ideology in government institutions. And, incidentally, the Bureau of Prisons should not be allowed to set the criteria: We found out that in 2004, the way the BOP determined whether an Imam was a radical was to simply ask them if they supported terrorism. If they said no - and of course they all all did - they were granted admission.

Another problem that needs to be fixed is that in jail, Islamist converts generally avoid violence for fear of upsetting the prison authorities. Therefore there is little if any incentive for the warden or prison officials to keep tabs on the activities of the Islamist prisoners - or for that matter Aryan nation prisoners - or what they are being taught or what is in their libraries.

Unless prison authorities start collecting intelligence on those in prison who belong to radical groups and who talk about carrying out violence once they get out, law enforcement is faced with a total blank slate, critically dependent upon confidential informants to help them thwart terrorist attacks. If not for the serendipitous appearance of a confidential informant in the current Bronx case, chances are that today we would be witness terror and death in the Jewish Community Center of Riverdale.

Steven Emerson is head of the Investigative Project on Terrorism (investigativeproject.org) a counter-terrorism organization that tracks and investigates that threat of radical Islam on American soil.

Limitations on prison sentences

Submitted by Always On Watch, May 25, 2009 08:42

Most in our system of prisons do not serve full terms. As mentioned in the essay here:

Another problem that needs to be fixed is that in jail, Islamist converts generally avoid violence for fear of upsetting the prison authorities. Therefore there is little if any incentive for the warden or prison officials to keep tabs on the activities of the Islamist prisoners - or for that matter Aryan nation prisoners - or what they are being taught or what is in their libraries.

Criminals and their attorneys are smart enough to work the system and gain early release for time served and good behavior.

I wonder how many incarcerated Muslims various Muslims "civil rights groups" represent right now? Such a list might be another tool to protect our nation.

Is Western World more secure now?

All the people that have proven record of hard criminality are free whether they are US citizens, like Bush administration, CIA personnel and Black Water Company or Afghans, like Uzbaki Doustam whose atrocities are well documented, who actually could be considered the reason for the creation of Taliban because of his rape and murder of innocent Pashtun men women and children. The reason being that their cruelty was pointed to the Muslims. On the other hand innocent Muslims like Daniel Boyd, Dr. Rafil, Dr. Ali Tamimi, Dr. Afia Siddiqui, Ali Asad and thousands of others are incarcerated, tortured and put in to solitary confinement in the worst living conditions just because they are either assumed criminals or indicted with false charges. Have people in authority forgotten their own death that can approach them any instant and would leave no time to repent!

Following are the two transcripts from NPR with the links, please read the transcripts, listen to the story and check all those PDF files that are linked to this blog and also can be found on NPR.Org.

Can anyone put himself/herself or his/her loved ones in the position of those who are being subjected to this inhuman treatment and think that they would have no sense of revenge. Death is much easier than what is being done to these people in return, almost all of whom are not even those who might have, if at all, caused 9/11!

Can you imagine America being safer with these tactics. Either there should be strict boundries inside which every country keeps its citizens confined so that there is no mingling, no danger or there should be sense of mutual respect and regard to each others rights so that people can live in harmony, safe and sound. But the way American government is proceeding against the Muslims, the result can only be worse!

CIA Report Details Interrogation Techniques
by Dina Temple-Raston
August 25, 2009
Listen to the Story
Morning Edition
[4 min 4 sec]

When Attorney General Eric Holder announced Monday that he would have a prosecutor look into possible abuse of detainees by the CIA, he said he was partly motivated by newly declassified documents from 2004 that provide details of the interrogations and the range of abuses inside the CIA's overseas prisons.
Read The CIA Report
CIA 2004 Inspector General's Report On Detention And Interrogation (19 MB)
CIA IG Report Conclusions
Read about techniques used during CIA interrogations, including threats to hurt al-Qaida suspects' family members.
The Justice Department just released parts of the 2004 report, which was previously released in 2007 but was so redacted that it revealed little new information. The less censored version is the largest single release of information about the Bush administration's detainee interrogation program so far.
The use of enhanced interrogation techniques, such as waterboarding and stress positions, has been known for some time. What is new is the chronology of other methods interrogators decided to employ on their own.
Interrogators threatened to kill and possibly sexually assault members of detainees' families — which violates anti-torture laws. And there were more basic abuses, such as stepping on shackles, washing someone with a wire brush, blowing smoke constantly in a detainee's face until he started to throw up and dousing detainees with water.
There was also something called "the hard takedown," which essentially meant grabbing a detainee and throwing him to the floor before moving him to a sleep-deprivation cell.
The report describes an episode in July 2002, before the Justice Department had formally authorized harsh methods, in which a CIA interrogator grabbed a detainee's neck and restricted the flow of the carotid artery until the detainee began to faint. The CIA then "shook the detainee to wake him." He did that same pressure-point technique two more times.
There are a number of ominous entries. One begins: "By November 2002, the agency had Abu Zubaydah and another high value detainee, Abd al-Nashiri, in custody." It is followed by a large block of blacked out text and then the sentence "and the Office of Medical Services provided medical care to the detainees." Clearly something bad happened before the medical services were called in, but it is unclear what it was.
Also redacted are the names and locations where these abuses took place.
The report also makes clear that some CIA agents were worried about what they were doing. The report says some CIA agents were worried they would wind up on some "wanted list" and would end up having to appear before the World Court for war crimes because of what they did. Another said "10 years from now, we're going to be sorry we're doing this."
As a general matter, inspector general reports like this one contain a roster of recommendations for the agency under review to follow — generally to ensure that abuses won't happen again.
This report is no different. There are four pages of recommendations, but they are all blacked out.

CIA Documents: 'Black Sites,' White Noise And Intel

by Kevin Whitelaw
August 25, 2009

The Justice Department released a set of documents Monday night, including many legal opinions related to the CIA's interrogation and detention program.

Most of the attention was focused on the 2004 report by the CIA's inspector general, but the other documents provide new windows into the details of the CIA's now-shuttered network of secret prisons overseas, as well as its treatment of al-Qaida detainees. They also describe how the interrogation program evolved after the inspector general report revealed a series of alleged abuses.

Here are some notable excerpts from the new documents:

The Detainee Experience

A 2004 document prepared by the CIA offers a stark account of the typical treatment of a high-value al-Qaida detainee. It began with the initial rendition, where the prisoner was flown to a secret CIA prison, called a "Black Site" in the document. "During the flight, the detainee is securely shackled and is deprived of sight and sound through the use of blindfolds, earmuffs, and hoods," the document says. After an initial interview, unless the suspect was unusually cooperative, he was taken to a cell, stripped naked, fitted with a diaper and shackled vertically as part of the sleep deprivation process. Officials also described a typical interrogation session as interrogators moved through a series of increasingly harsh techniques, including facial slaps and cramped confinement, if they thought the detainee was withholding information. These techniques were often combined to increase their effectiveness.

Read The 2004 Document (PDF).

Conditions In The CIA's Secret Overseas Prisons

A 2006 Justice Department memo offers surprisingly specific descriptions of the standards at the CIA's overseas prisons. "The CIA plays white noise in the walkways of the detention facilities to prevent detainees from being able to communicate with each other while they are being moved within the facilities," the memo says, offering decibel readings from inside the cells and in the halls. The cells were lighted 24 hours a day (by two 17-watt T-8 fluorescent bulbs — "about the same brightness as an office.") Some of the more cooperative detainees were given eyeshades to help them sleep. Steven Bradbury, the principal deputy assistant attorney general at the time, wrote in the memo that these measures were legal because they were designed not to punish prisoners, but instead for the security of CIA personnel. He added that while courts had found some of the measures illegal in certain circumstances, they should be permitted in the CIA prisons. "Because the CIA detains only the extremely dangerous individuals whom it has determined to pose serious threats to the United States or to be planning terrorist attacks ... its interest in being able to observe its detainees at all times is considerably greater, in most circumstances, than the need to keep a pretrial detainee under constant surveillance in a U.S. prison or jail."

Read The 2006 Memo (PDF).

Interrogations After 2006

After the CIA emptied its secret prisons in September 2006 and sent the remaining detainees to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, it asked for Justice Department guidance on resuming an interrogation program. CIA officials were seeking permission to use a reduced number of interrogation techniques, omitting the most controversial ones, including waterboarding. They proposed using measures like facial slaps and sleep deprivation, which they said were "the most indispensable to the effectiveness of the interrogation program." In his reply on July 20, 2007, Steven Bradbury, the principal deputy assistant attorney general at the time, wrote that the Justice Department agreed the CIA's proposal did not violate any of the new U.S. laws barring mistreatment of detainees. For example, he found that the CIA program does not meet the definition of "cruel treatment" or "outrages upon personal dignity" as laid out in the Geneva Conventions. He also noted that the program was carefully limited. From March 2002 through 2006, the CIA held only 98 detainees, 30 of whom had been subjected to so-called enhanced techniques.

Read The 2007 Reply (PDF).

Were The Interrogations Effective?

Former Vice President Dick Cheney asked the CIA to declassify two memos that he said showed that the interrogation program produced vital intelligence. One is a 2005 CIA report that says detainee reporting was "pivotal" in the war against al-Qaida. While there are many problems with detainee accounts, the CIA says interrogations produced information that helped lead to the capture of additional terrorist suspects, helped to thwart terrorist plots, and built a more complete portrait of how the al-Qaida network functioned. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, for example, "provided information that set the stage for the detention of Hambali," the leader of Jemaah Islamiya, a large Indonesian affiliate of al-Qaida. The report claimed that detainee interrogations also helped lead to the arrest of Jose Padilla, who originally was accused of planning to set off a radioactive device, but was convicted only on charges of supporting terrorism. The report does not, however, make any distinction between information obtained through conventional interrogations and that extracted using harsh techniques like waterboarding.

Go figure!

I wonder if a new case is being established in the Media to clamp another Muslim in the name of security of American public! Look at how the story is developed and then connected with the Palestine and eventually, I wonder, to terrorism!

There is Rush Limbaugh as well who talks against Obama, he makes worse than the cartoon of Obama with his words, one only needs to visualize. But the difference is that Rush is not a Muslim!

“Racist” Obama-Joker Artist Unmasked!

How much do you want to bet that the journalist, Mark Milian, who tracked down the creator of the Obama-Joker, was doing it so that he could write a story about how a racist Neo-Nazis Right-Winger artist was trashing the the good name of his false Messiah? Imagine his surprise when the artist turned out to be a 1st generation American of “Palestinian” decent living in Obama’s hometown of Chicago who thinks there is nothing evil about socialism and thinks that Obama is doing a better job than Bush! Furthermore, the artist is not even a Republican!

You gotta’ love it!

Firas Alkhateeb - Obama Joker Artist
Obama Joker artist unmasked: A fellow Chicagoan
L.A. Times

When cryptic posters portraying President Obama as the Joker from “Batman” began popping up around Los Angeles and other cities, the question many asked was, Who is behind the image?

Was it an ultra-conservative grassroots group or a disgruntled street artist going against the grain?

[Uhm, don't forget to mention "racist Neo-Nazi Right-Winger Republican!" LOL!]

Nope, it turns out, just a 20-year-old college student from Chicago.

Bored during his winter school break, Firas Alkhateeb, a senior history major at the University of Illinois, crafted the picture of Obama with the recognizable clown makeup using Adobe’s Photoshop software.

Alkhateeb had been tinkering with the program to improve the looks of photos he had taken on his clunky Kodak camera. The Joker project was his grandest undertaking yet. Using a tutorial he’d found online about how to “Jokerize” portraits, he downloaded the October 23 Time Magazine cover of Obama and began digitally painting over it.

Four or five hours later, he happily had his product.

Original Obama JokerOn Jan. 18, Alkhateeb uploaded the image to photo-sharing site Flickr (shown at right). Over the next two months, he amassed just a couple thousand hits, he said.

Then the counter exploded after a still-anonymous rogue famously found his image, digitally removed the references to Time Magazine, captioned the picture with the word “socialism” and hung printed copies around L.A., making headlines.

[...]

Flickr had removed the Joker image due to copyright-infringement concerns, Alkhateeb says the company told him in an e-mail. A Flickr spokeswoman declined to comment due to a company policy that bars discussing inquiries about individual users.

[Yup, that's a typical tactic we've seen used by Obamites time and time again to circumvent the 1st Amendment and silence Obama's critics.]

Alkhateeb says he wasn’t actively trying to cover his tracks, but he did want to lay low. He initially had concerns about …

… connecting his name with anything critical of the president — especially living in Chicago, where people are “very, very liberal,” he said.

“After Obama was elected, you had all of these people who basically saw him as the second coming of Christ,” Alkhateeb said. “From my perspective, there wasn’t much substance to him.”

“I abstained from voting in November,” he wrote in an e-mail. “Living in Illinois, my vote means close to nothing as there was no chance Obama would not win the state.” If he had to choose a politician to support, Alkhateeb said, it would be Ohio Democratic Rep. Dennis Kucinich.

[...]

Although Alkhateeb claims he was making no political statement with the artwork, he’s plugged into the Washington debate. Though born in the United States, his Palestinian family closely follows Middle Eastern politics.

“I think he’s definitely doing better than Bush was,” Alkhateeb said of Obama.

[...]

He’s honored by Shepard Fairey’s assessment of his Joker picture, but disagrees with some of Fairey’s comments criticizing the message of the Socialism poster.

“He made a picture of Bush as a vampire,” Alkhateeb said about Fairey. “That’s kind of speaking with two faces.”

Regardless, Alkhateeb does agree with the Obama “Hope” artist about “socialism” being the wrong caption for the Joker image. “It really doesn’t make any sense to me at all,” he said. “To accuse him of being a socialist is really … immature. First of all, who said being a socialist is evil?”

“…First of all, who said being a socialist is evil?” He obviously hasn’t been paying attention if he seriously asks that question.

In short, Firas, these United States of America were created as a constitutional republic. The structure and governance of which are defined in the Constitution. Nevertheless, over the years many who like the idea of socialism, rather than move their happy ass to a socialist country and “do socialism” there, have tried to turn the USA into a socialist country.

This country has been built on self-reliance, perseverance, ingenuity, and personal responsibility. None of those character traits are supported by or part of a socialist mindset. A socialist relies on the state for their sustenance and needs. A socialist is not willing work for what he wants; the government provides all, though scarcity is often a byproduct of socialism. Because the socialist can just suck off the teat of government there is no motivation to truly innovate. And as evidenced by our current state of litigiousness, a socialist avers any personal responsibility for the above character flaws; it is always someone else’s fault that they don’t have whatever.

Having stated all that, I don’t want to argue the fact that you might see nothing wrong with socialism, most of Europe agrees. However, if one wishes to live in a socialist nation, with all that comes with it, move. The USA is not a socialist country, never was. I hope it never is. So to answer your question, being socialist is not evil. However, trying to change a nation built on a better foundation and co-opting the processes of the republic and voice of the people thereof, that is evil.

I notice no particulars are given when Alkhateeb says that he believes Barry is doing a better job than Bush. In which arena? How does A-teeb feel about the war in Iraq? It has become declasse to protest now that Bush isn’t the warmongering president the left portrayed him to be. I see no protesting at our local Unitarian non-church, see no bumper stickers anymore about “this endless war”, and hear nothing on the news about how our troops are messing up, killing civilians.
So what’s the point, A-teeb? So now you know how to photoshop. Uh-huh. Now what? If Barry were doing a better job than Bush, why is he so afraid to ‘connect his name with anything critical of the president”?

A Book that is blamed for teaching Terrorism

Here is a page from the Qur’an, the contents of which are criticized greatly, and with reference to which Muslims are condemned to death. I would really appreciate if someone could point out the evil part of it. Please be candid, we all need to express ourselves clearly, within the bounds of decency of course, if we want to live in harmony.

The page is from the 2nd Chapter of the Qur’an, called Chapter of “Cow”, verses: 135-143:

135. And they say, "Be Jews or Christians, then you will be guided." Say, "Nay, (We follow) only the religion of Abraham, Hanifa [Islamic Monotheism, i.e. to worship none but Allah (Alone)], and he was not of those who worshipped others along with Allah."

136. Say, "We believe in Allah and that which has been sent down to us and that which has been sent down to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and to the twelve sons of Jacob, and that which has been given to Moses and Jesus, and that which has been given to the Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him (Allah) we have submitted."

137. So if they believe in the like of that which you believe, then they are rightly guided, but if they turn away, then they are only in opposition. So Allah will suffice you against them. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.

138. [Our Sibghah (religion) is] the Sibghah (Religion) of Allah (Islam) and which religion can be better than Allah's? And we are His (Allah's) worshippers.

139. Say, "Dispute you with us about Allah while He is our Lord and your Lord? And we are to be rewarded for our deeds and you for your deeds. And we are sincere to Him in worship and obedience."

140. Did you say that Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaque (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob) and the twelve sons of Jacob were Jews or Christians? Say, "Do you know better or does Allah? And who is more unjust than he who conceals the testimony he has from Allah [i.e. to believe in Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him when he comes, as is written in the bibles(See Verse 7:157)]? And Allah is not unaware of what you do."

141. That was a nation who has passed away. They shall receive the reward of what they earned, and you of what you earn. And you will not be asked of what they used to do.

142. The fools among the people will say, "What has turned them (Muslims) from their prayer direction (towards Jerusalem)to which they were used to face in prayer." Say, (O Muhammad ) "To Allah belong both, east and the west. He guides whom He wills to a Straight Way."

143. Thus We have made you a balanced and just nation, that you be witnesses over mankind and the Messenger (Muhammad ) be a witness over you. And We made the Qiblah (prayer direction towards Jerusalem) which you used to face, only to test those who followed the Messenger (Muhammad ) from those who would turn on their heels (i.e. disobey the Messenger). Indeed it was great (heavy) except for those whom Allah guided. And Allah would never make your faith (prayers) to be lost (i.e. your prayers offered towards Jerusalem). Truly, Allah is full of kindness, the Most Merciful towards mankind.

As much as Muslims are labeled as terrorists, deriving their instructions from the Qur'an, the reality is that Muslims are on defense while the Western powers, in line with their historical reputation, are always on offense. One only needs to go through their history, recorded by their own historians, what they did as Crusaders, against American Indians, against Jews, their own people who opposed him or stood against their colonialism, against Black Africa taking them as slaves, against socialism, communism and whatever ism they don't like, and now against Muslims exclusively, because in truth their under currents have never ever stopped against Muslims throughout the history. The funny part is that Islam is blamed to have spread through the sword, an outlandish accusation, while the history tells a totally different story!

Another victim in the offing!

Another victim in the offing! So now it is very clear that anybody and everybody who participated in the "Jihad" against Russians in collaboration with CIA and the US Government run at the time by Reagon is going to be indicted in terrorism as long as the person is a Muslim and has the ability to speak for Muslims. So watch out Muslims, the altar of death is being prepared for all those who proclaim that THERE IS NO GOD EXCEPT THE ONE GOD and the Prophet Muhammad is His last Messenger, and Jesus was also one of the Messengers from the lineage of Abraham and Isaac. By the way the word Sharia simply means the Universal Law of the God sent for the Guidance of the Mankind!

Spokeswoman for NC jihadist has her own radical past
By creeping Sharia.com

Several local North Carolina news outlets are quoting Khalilah Sabra, director of the Raleigh chapter of the Muslim American Society (MAS), regarding the arrests of homegrown Islamic terrorists in that state. What do those news outlets, like My NC and News & Observer know about the Boyd’s spokeswoman and MAS?

Daniel (aka “Saifullah” or “Sword of God”) Boyd, his two sons, and four others were arrested and charged with planning violent jihad. When Sabra was asked by The News & Observer about the arrests of the North Carolina jihad suspects, she responded:

“It’s an illusion. Either the defendants have created an illusion, or the agents have created an illusion, but the reality has yet to be seen.”

My NC reported Sabra defending Boyd against any jihad charges:

Boyd asked Khalilah Sabra of the Muslim American Society to read the statement issued earlier Tuesday. Boyd’s two sons Dylan Boyd, 22, and Zakariya Boyd, 20, are also named in the federal indictment.

“He was there fighting against the Soviets with the full backing of the United States government,” Sabra said. “She does not want Afghanistan to be used to connect him with any kind of terrorism.”

“I think he thought it was part of his patriotic duty as a Muslim and an American to go there and fight.”

Do readers and news outlets know that Khalilah Sabra, like Boyd – a convert to Islam, also lived and trained in Pakistan like Boyd and therefore is defending herself when defending Boyd’s mujahid experience?

Do they know she was recruited to Pakistan by the so-called “godfather of jihad” and “one time mentor to Osama bin Laden” who was in the United States recruiting mujahid?

Do they know Khalilah Sabra was one of the people Osama bin Laden’s mentor did recruit to Pakistan?

Does anyone in the media care? Does the FBI care? Do any of our elected politicians care?

One politician – Larry Shaw, a North Carolina state senator – apparently had no concerns about Sabra’s recruitment by the “godfather of jihad”. Shaw actively mentored Sabra despite the fact that she was recruited by bin Laden’s mentor and know one really knows what she did in Pakistan or who she interacted with.

Sabra arrived back in the United States from Pakistan a week before 9/11, received mentoring from Larry Shaw – who is also now the chairman of CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) – an unindicted co-conspirator to a Hamas funding case – and then became director of the Muslim American Society’s Raleigh chapter.

Sabra’s activism can be traced to her childhood in Los Angeles as the daughter of a white Navy officer and a black woman. Her birth name was Christina Couzin, and even as a teenager, she was drawn to revolutionary ideas.

In high school, she invited a communist to speak to her Roman Catholic high school class. After graduating, she met a group of Muslims at the local mall. One month later — and much to her late parents’ chagrin — Christina converted to Islam and became Khalilah.

She soon met Muslims from Sudan, Saudi Arabia and other parts of the Middle East at a mosque near UCLA, and her eyes were opened to the cultural and historical circumstances of Muslims around the world. In 1988, Abdullah Yusuf Azzam, the godfather of jihad and onetime mentor to Osama bin Laden, spoke at her mosque.

Azzam came to the United States to recruit fighters and humanitarian volunteers to help the mujahedeen in Afghanistan in its war against the Soviet invaders. A charismatic leader, he was at the time supported by the U.S. government. Sabra was impressed and eventually agreed to go with him to Afghanistan.

For about a year, she lived in Peshawar, Pakistan, and made regular trips to nearby Afghan refugee camps delivering food and medicine. In 1989, Azzam was assassinated and Sabra returned to the United States. But her days of international travel were far from over.

In Los Angeles, she married Jihad Sabra, a Lebanese man and a U.S. citizen, and the couple moved to Lebanon, where Sabra saw firsthand the consequences of the Israeli and Syrian occupations of that country. It was after a funeral for a child killed by Israeli bombs when it first occurred to Sabra that she might effect change in the Middle East by lobbying her own government to change its policies toward Israel.

“As an American my voice might be heard louder than the Lebanese who suffers,” she said.

Sabra, her husband and five children arrived in Raleigh one week before the events of 9/11 when Jihad Sabra was reassigned to Cisco’s Research Triangle office.

Her political views, she acknowledges, have evolved. She used to support armed resistance to aggression, and now believes in dialogue and peaceful resistance.

That information is directly from a News & Observer piece we covered in 2008. Oddly enough, at some point after we here at Creeping Sharia wrote about it, and both the author of the piece and Sabra herself left comments on our blog, both the News & Observer and the Shaw University Mosque websites revised their stories with shorter versions of the story on their respective websites.

All discussion of Khalilah Sabra being recruited by Azzam and admitting her support of armed resistance were removed and remain absent in republications of the story that remain online. However, we have copies of the original from multiple sources and you can see the full version of the story here or in PDF format here. Expect those to disappear soon too as Sabra and Shaw climb their respective political ladders.

What Sabra learned from her recruiter Abdullah Yusuf Azzam is unclear, yet what ‘Azzam espoused is quite clear:

‘Abdullah Yusuf ‘Azzam (1941-89), a Palestinian who fled to Jordan after the Six-Day war, adopted many elements of both Ibn Taymiya, an early fourteenth century Islamic scholar who laid the philosophical groundwork for the Islamic fundamentalism adopted by Saudi Arabia centuries later, and [Sayyid] Qutb to promote the belief in an inevitable clash of civilizations. He emphasized the necessity of violent revolution through jihad against both secular governments in majority Muslim states and against the West. He is credited with being the first Sunni Islamic figure to instill the Islamic community with a divine myth of invincibility of jihad and terrorism.[53]

‘Azzam was a major intellectual influence upon Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda.[54]

Could that be where Sabra got the notion that it was Boyd’s patriotic duty as a Muslim to wage jihad in Afghanistan where she also aided the mujahideen? Again from Middle East Forum on the intellectual origins of al Qaeda:

Rather, they are a synthesis of two interlinked and equally important sources of influence: first, the teachings of ‘Abdallah ‘Azzam, the leader of the Afghan mujahideen during the 1980s; and second, the Saudi opposition movement which arose in the early 1990s and sought to Islamize Saudi society in response to a perceived Western “cultural attack” on the Muslim world.

There, many Saudis—including Osama bin Laden—became followers of ‘Abdallah ‘Azzam. A Palestinian who fled to Jordan after the Six-Day war, ‘Azzam joined the Muslim Brotherhood and obtained a doctorate in Islamic law from Cairo’s Al-Azhar University in 1973 before settling down to teach Islamic law at the University of Jordan. He was fired for involvement with the Muslim Brotherhood and moved to Saudi Arabia where, in 1981, he joined the faculty of King ‘Abd al-‘Aziz University in Jeddah. He did not stay long and traveled to Islamabad and then to the Pakistan-Afghanistan frontier to organize the anti-Soviet jihad. Bin Laden became ‘Azzam’s close ally, assisting him with finance and logistics.

‘Azzam argued that it was the personal obligation (fard al-‘ayn) of every Muslim to defend Islamic lands against the penetration of the infidels. This duty was no different than the responsibility to fast or pray. A son neither would need his father’s approval nor a wife her husband’s approval to fulfill it.[10] Primary responsibility for the fight against occupation of the infidels rested upon the victimized residents but, if they did not possess force enough to resist, every Muslim should join them in battle.[11] Waging war against Soviet-occupied Afghanistan and Israel were the highest priorities because these two states represented beachheads from which the infidels would expand. However, ‘Azzam argued Afghanistan was more urgent because the battles at the time were at their peak and because in Afghanistan the resistance was purely Muslim; there were no Christian populations, as there are on the West Bank.[12]

Several Saudi ulema endorsed ‘Azzam’s ideas. He also claimed to have the endorsement of Sheikh ‘Abd al-Aziz bin Baz, head of the Council for Senior Ulema, the highest religious authority in Saudi Arabia, though he offered no proof for this claim.[13] However, he went beyond the concerns articulated by the Saudi ulema: he made the struggle an individual one, giving up on the idea that Muslim states are able to defend Muslim soil. He also shifted the struggle from the sociocultural to military dimension. While his colleagues in Saudi Arabia preached about the dangers of Western penetration into the Muslim world, ‘Azzam transformed his ideas into a successful armed struggle for which he eventually sacrificed his life, dying with two of his sons in a November 1989 explosion in Peshawar, apparently the work of Soviet agents. It was this legacy of an active, armed, and nongovernmental struggle against Western penetration that he bequeathed to bin Laden when the war in Afghanistan ended in a Soviet defeat.

Clearly, Sabra’s recruiter was a monumental figure in the Islamic jihadi ideology that prevails today. While she may absolve herself by stating, “She used to support armed resistance to aggression, and now believes in dialogue and peaceful resistance,” her defense aligns perfectly with the Muslim Brotherhood’s directive to its American entities:

The process of settlement is a ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’ with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ’sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers [Muslims] so that it is eliminated and God’s religion [Islam] is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and we have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet.

A mission as significant and huge as the settlement mission needs magnificent and exhausting efforts. As for the role of the Ikhwan, it is the initiative, pioneering, leadership, raising the banner and pushing people in that direction [Jihad]. They are then able to employ, direct, and unify Muslims’ efforts and powers for this process. In order to do that, we must possess a mastery of the art of “coalitions”, the art of “absorption” and the principles of “cooperation”.

Sabra’s employer, MAS, was founded by the Muslim Brotherhood. Shaker Elsayed, a top MAS official admitted to the Chicago Tribune:

“Ikhwan [Brotherhood] members founded MAS, but MAS went way beyond that point of conception,” he says.

But to be an “active” member–the highest membership class–one must complete five years of Muslim community service and education, which includes studying writings by Brotherhood ideologues al-Banna and Qutb.

There are about 1,500 active members, including many women. Elsayed says about 45 percent of those members belong to the Brotherhood.

MAS’ precise connection to the Brotherhood is a sensitive issue, says Mohamed Habib, a high-ranking Brotherhood official in Cairo.

“I don’t want to say MAS is an Ikhwan entity,” he says. “This causes some security inconveniences for them in a post-Sept. 11 world.”

The Qutb again mentioned is Sayyid Qutb, former leader of the Muslim Brotherhood and proponent of offensive jihad. Qutb helped form the ideologies of Khalilah Sabra’s recruiter ‘Azzam, and both Qutb and ‘Azzam are credited with forming the ideological basis for terrorist group al Qaeda. We can presume being a director at MAS is one of the highest membership classes and hence Sabra must have studied Qutb to achieve a leadership position with the Brotherhood-founded MAS.

Are Americans supposed to believe that homegrown jihadists are an “illusion” when the woman making the claim was recruited by one of the founders of al Qaeda? A woman who rather than work with DHS, challenges them; who rather than fight against jihad actually aided mujahideen in Afghanistan and is now reading statements on behalf of accused jihadists?

Are Americans supposed to be comforted by an American woman who converted to Islam, was recruited by bin Laden’s mentor – the “godfather of jihad” and member of the Muslim Brotherhood? Are we to believe her claims to have changed her views on armed resistance when she defends a suspected jihadist whom she believes was being patriotic in waging jihad? Not to mention her receiving tutelage from a Democratic state senator who is now the chairman of a group which both Democrat and Republican members of Congress, and the FBI, have recommended not having any involvement with over connections to terror group Hamas.

*”Yes, politics – like war – is a deception.”

* Transcript of audio recording from Hamas-funding Holy Land Foundation founder Shukri Abu Bakr during same trial that evidenced the Muslim Brotherhood memo referenced above.

The Jawa Report also details another oddity related to the North Carolina jihad case:

…the Islamic Center of Raleigh has a peculiar way of demonstrating its’ “moderation”. In response to the arrests, a report published yesterday indicates that the center brought in a virulent racist and anti-Semite, Abdul Malik Ali, from Oakland, California to address the congregation during Friday prayers last week

In recent years, Ali has been caught making statements targeting Jews, justifying suicide bombings as Islamic martyrdom, and saying that Islamic terrorists are really freedom fighters (seven months after the 9/11 attacks no less). And in 2006, Ali gave a speech at UC-Irvine where he was videotaped standing at a podium emblazoned with a sign stating “Israel, the 4th Reich”. His DiscoverTheNetworks profile provides us with some of his greatest hits…

“In America, you’re mostly fighting with your tongue, but you should also learn how to fight with the sword.”

So any statements from anyone representing the Islamic Center of Raleigh claiming their organization is “moderate” might warrant a fair degree of skepticism. [read the entire Jawa Report post for details and links]

The 8th suspect who has gone to Pakistan to visit his father

I have a scenario and I need an answer to it. The 8th suspect Jude's father lives in Pishawar or somewhere in NWFP area of Pakistan. If his father dies from one of the drone attacks of USA, what should his course of action be? Should he take a gun and shoot as many American soldiers as possible, or being a US citizen, join the forces and help America kill some more of his father's relatives: his mother, sisters, brothers, etc.?

Will anybody answer?

Could the Raleigh & MD people do the same?

FBI Profiling of Muslims on the Rise, Says Law Caucus
By BY SUNITA SOHRABJI
indiawest.com August 13, 2009 01:38:00 PM

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Muslim Americans are being increasingly targeted for unwarranted house searches and questioning, said Veena Dubal, staff attorney of the Asian Law Caucus, during a brown-bag seminar at the organization’s headquarters here Aug. 5.

Last October — in the waning days of the Bush administration — FBI director Robert Mueller signed new guidelines allowing broader FBI authority in pursuing potential threats to national security. The new guidelines allow agents to consider race or ethnicity in determining whether someone is a suspect.

These guidelines – which became effective Dec. 1, 2008 — allow the FBI to launch a criminal investigation against someone without any factual predicate and without approval from FBI headquarters, said Dubal. “Under the current guidelines, FBI agents are allowed to racially profile an individual if it is determined to be in the nation’s national interests,” she said, adding that the guidelines may also be used ambiguously to “prevent conduct.”

“A really negative shift has occurred,” said Dubal, who received the Northern California South Asian Bar Association’s Public Interest Attorney of the Year award in 2009.

The guidelines are similar to COINTELPRO, an FBI program used in the 50s and 60s to spy on civil rights, environmental and labor groups, with the goal of unearthing Communist ties those organizations may have had.

At Congressional hearings last May, Mueller — who continues to serve as FBI director in the Obama administration — said the guidelines simply formalized processes the FBI had begun to use, post-9/11.

President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder have not indicated whether they intend to scrap the new guidelines, said Dubal. The administration has stated its commitment to ending racial profiling, but it remains unclear as to whether this will include religious profiling as well, she said.

“We understand the reluctance of some communities to sit down at the table with us. Oftentimes, the communities from which we need the most help are those who trust us the least. But it is in these communities that we must re-double our efforts,” said Mueller in a Feb. 23 talk at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, D.C.

Mueller and former attorney general John Ashcroft had been sued by Pakistani national Javaid Iqbal, who alleged he had been tortured and kept in confinement by the U.S. for more than 18 months, based solely on his race and religion. Iqbal was eventually deported back to Pakistan, but was never found to have engaged in any terrorist activity.

The Supreme Court dismissed Iqbal’s case May 18, saying he had failed to make a link between officials’ conduct and the abuse he allegedly suffered.

“The decision will make it far more difficult for other

individuals aggrieved by post-9/11 security policies to hold high-level government officials accountable for any wrongdoing, including profiling of Muslims, Arabs, South Asians, and Sikhs,” Dawinder “Dave” Sidhu told India-West.

Sidhu is a founding director of the Discrimination and National Security Initiative, which is studying the post-9/11 backlash against Muslim-Americans.

Dubal said the Supreme Court decision essentially endorsed religious and ethnic profiling as a “wartime necessity.”

Equally problematic is the practice of recruiting informants from within the community, said Dubal. The FBI has set up a Citizens’ Academy, ostensibly to train community leaders into the field-gathering techniques of the agency.

Business, civic and religious leaders, nominated by an FBI employee or previous academy graduate, are given training in several aspects of espionage, including firearms usage, evidence collection and fingerprinting.

Dubal pointed to the recent case of an Irvine, Calif., man hired by the FBI for $130,000 to infiltrate area mosques and incite people to say things about the jihad and terrorist activities.

“There’s a feeling of being under siege within the community,” she said, adding, “People start to wonder whether their friends or colleagues are spies. New people are always distrusted and never become part of the community.”

The caucus is organizing a series of town hall meetings at religious gathering places throughout the state — particularly in Stockton and Lodi, which have high concentrations of Muslim American residents — letting people know their rights while under investigation.

You do not have to talk to the FBI, said Dubal, adding that people have a right to – and should – bring an attorney along.

Federal Criminal Code 1001 makes it a crime to lie to an FBI agent, and that code is now being used to recklessly incarcerate people, said Dubal. “We tell people its better not to talk to an FBI agent, because if you do and you misrepresent yourself, you could be subject to criminal penalty.”

A household search can be conducted by the FBI without a warrant, noted Dubal.

Are those ready to take action who offered their services?

Things seem to be calm, people seem to be busy with their personal lives. Days seem to go by very fast, not giving enough time to think about anything other than personal. I wonder if Daniel Boyd, his buddies and many other innocent prisoners feel the same way as we do? Their days go by as fast as ours? Or every day is a drag for them and they are anxiously expecting us to do something for them since they are totally dependent on our abilities and interest in their affair? To feel their pains? To organize some event to defend them since they can't really do anything? I am kind of rambling because I myself don't know what to do? I am neither in good health nor am a computer savvy. I wonder if someone will offer his/her computer skills to start a fund-raising campaign for all the innocent incarcerated prisoners' needy families. Another team of people is needed to contact those lawyers who have shown interest in fighting for these prisoners free of charge. The list was collected by one of the ACLU activists in Raleigh, I am adding it underneath. You can place the result in comments on this blog:

Could someone define the term "terrorism"?

USA is meddling in to almost every sovereign country's affairs who do not give in to the US demands, who do not follow the US directives to run their country's affairs. Could this be called State terrorism? Following are the excerpts of only a few of the many proofs of CIA installing the Governments of its choice, or disposing of those disliked by America. President Zia-ul-Haque of Pakistan, Castro of Cuba, Manuel Noriega of Panama are just a few examples.
Also, it is a commonly known fact that Saddam Hussain of Iraq, Shah of Iran, Benazir Bhutto and now Asif Zardari have all been propped up by the US Government through its CIA operatives. Even for the recent election in Lebanon which is not mentioned in the following text, I personally know many Lebanese families living in America who were provided return tickets, for them and all their children even the minor ones, to travel to Lebanon in order to vote for the Lebanese President of American choice. Could Lebanon afford this extravagance, I doubt it!

1-Former Pakistani Army General Mirza Aslam Beig claims the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has distributed 400 million dollars inside Iran to evoke a revolution.

In a phone interview with the Pashto Radio on Monday, General Beig said that there is undisputed intelligence proving the US interference in Iran.

The documents prove that the CIA spent 400 million dollars inside Iran to prop up a colorful-hollow revolution following the election, he added.

Pakistan's former army chief of joint staff went on to say that the US wanted to disturb the situation in Iran and bring to power a pro-US government.......

2-Flashback: CIA Discovered Planning “Soft Revolution” in Early 2009

June 22, 2009
TEHRAN, Jan. 19 (Mehr News Agency) — Iran has broken up a CIA-backed network that sought to carry out a “soft revolution” in Iran through people-to-people contacts.

The “soft revolution” plan is based in Dubai and is similar to a U.S. plan that targeted the Soviet Union in 1959, the director of the counterespionage department of the Intelligence Ministry told reporters at a press conference here on Monday.

He said the CIA was seeking to implement the plan under the cover of scientific and cultural contacts between Iranian and U.S. nationals.......

3- National Security Archive Electronic Briefing Book No. 5
The Death of Che Guevara: Declassified
by Peter Kornbluh
On October 9th, 1967, Ernesto "Che" Guevara was put to death by Bolivian soldiers, trained, equipped and guided by U.S. Green Beret and CIA operatives. His execution remains a historic and controversial event; and thirty years later, the circumstances of his guerrilla foray into Bolivia, his capture, killing, and burial are still the subject of intense public interest and discussion around the world.

As part of the thirtieth anniversary of the death of Che Guevara, the National Security Archive's Cuba Documentation Project is posting a selection of key CIA, State Department, and Pentagon documentation relating to Guevara and his death. This electronic documents book is compiled from declassified records obtained by the National Security Archive, and by authors of two new books on Guevara: Jorge Castañeda's Compañero: The Life and Death of Che Guevara (Knopf), and Henry Butterfield Ryan's The Fall of Che Guevara (Oxford University Press). The selected documents, presented in order of the events they depict, provide only a partial picture of U.S. intelligence and military assessments, reports and extensive operations to track and "destroy" Che Guevara's guerrillas in Bolivia; thousands of CIA and military records on Guevara remain classified. But they do offer significant and valuable information on the high-level U.S. interest in tracking his revolutionary activities, and U.S. and Bolivian actions leading up to his death.....

4- The CIA's Arab revolution
By Amir Oren
Two weeks ago, U.S. Congressman Darrell Issa, a Republican from California, visited the "holy of holies" of U.S. intelligence, the headquarters of the CIA, in Langley, Virginia. Issa, whose father's family immigrated to California from Lebanon, is a member of the House Committee on Intelligence. As a young man he served as an officer in the U.S. Army, but left to enter business.

Issa's positions on Middle Eastern issues will not earn him honorary membership in the "friends of Israel" club. When making a choice between Lebanon - especially between his ethnic group there, the Christians - and Syria, he prefers Lebanon; but between the Arabs and Israel he is for the Arabs. His visit to the CIA, for a discussion with staffers, was intended to emphasize "the importance of having officers of Near Eastern descent serve in the Intelligence Community." "Near East" or "Middle East" - the terms are used interchangeably in Washington, but one way or the other, he was not talking about Israelis.....

5- 1954 Guatemalan coup d'état
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The 1954 Guatemalan coup d'état was a covert operation organized by the United States Central Intelligence Agency to overthrow Jacobo Arbenz Guzmán, the democratically-elected President of Guatemala. Arbenz's government put forth a number of new policies, such as seizing and expropriating unused, unfarmed land that private corporations set aside long ago and giving the land to peasants, that the U.S. intelligence community deemed Communist in nature and, suspecting Soviet influence, fueled a fear of Guatemala becoming what Allen Dulles described as a "Soviet beachhead in the western hemisphere".[1] Dulles' concern reverberated within the CIA and the Eisenhower administration, in the context of the anti-Communist fears of the McCarthyist era. Arbenz instigated sweeping land reform acts that antagonized the U.S.-based multinational company United Fruit Company, which had large stakes in the old order of Guatemala and lobbied various levels of U.S. to take action against Arbenz.[2] Both Dulles and his brother were shareholders of United Fruit Company.[3]....

American policy towards intelligent and skilled Muslims:

Dig the past of all the celebrated, incarcerated so called terrorists, you will find one common factor: they are extremely intelligent, highly qualified and very skilled in rare fields of Science and Technology. Also they are very popular in social circles for their character and respect to moral values, and are devout Muslims with scholarly knowledge of Islam.

Scary, if they go back to their countries of origin, they may become a great asset and may play a vital role in the advancement of that society. To prevent that possibility from becoming a fact they are accused of terrorism and incarcerated for ever. Instead of sending the naturalized citizens back to their countries of origin and taking their citizenship away, and letting local reverts to choose a country of adoptation, they rot them in their prisons out of the fear of the development of the competition. Ali Tamimi, Dr Rafil, Pete Seda, Dr Afia Siddiqui, Daniel Boyd, ..... are all so far living examples of it (who knows how long they will survive and what kind of mental state they would have when they come out, if they do at all. We might have to wait for armagadon to break the prisons open!

Any comments for or against?

Torture Timeline

The Torture Timeline

Is that how justice is served?

By Annie Lowrey

Posted April 2009
Having trouble keeping track of all the memos, executive orders, and policy decisions that led the United States into the moral low ground? FP brings you the ultimate guide to the Bush administration's journey to the dark side.

In the past 10 days, the revelation of once classified memos and Senate reports has greatly elucidated how torture happened. This timeline shows the key relevant legal and military events. New information is marked in italics.

2001

September 11: Afghanistan-based terrorist organization al Qaeda attacks the United States. Nearly 3,000 people die.

September 14: A congressional resolution authorizes U.S. President George W. Bush to use "all necessary and appropriate force" to combat the countries and groups behind 9/11. Vice President Dick Cheney promises that the United States will use "any means at our disposal" to combat terrorism.

September 16: In an interview on NBC's Meet the Press, Cheney says the government will need to work through "the dark side." He continues: "We've got to spend time in the shadows in the intelligence world. A lot of what needs to be done here will have to be done quietly, without any discussion. ...It's going to be vital for us to use any means at our disposal."

September 17: Bush gives the CIA the authority to kill, capture, and detain al Qaeda operatives. The CIA lays plans for secret overseas prisons and special interrogations.

September 25: Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) lawyer John Yoo submits a memo to the White House advising that Bush may preemptively wage war anywhere in the world, against any country or organization that harbors or supports any terrorist group, linked to the 9/11 attacks or not.

November 13: Bush issues an executive order declaring that the United States will try any foreigners who commit acts of terrorism or harbor terrorists via military commission, under rules written by the executive branch.

December: The Department of Defense general counsel's office solicits information on detainee "exploitation" from the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA), which advises on counterinterrogation techniques known as SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape).

2002

January 11: The first 20 prisoners picked up in Afghanistan arrive in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.

February 7: Bush issues an executive order denying Taliban and al Qaeda detainees the protections afforded under the Geneva Conventions, saying that the United States needs "new thinking in the law of war." Article 3 of the conventions prohibits "cruel treatment and torture" and the "humiliating and degrading treatment" of detainees.

February 19: On behalf of British and Australian Guantánamo detainees, the Center for Constitutional Rights, a New York-based NGO, files habeas corpus petitions in the District of Columbia's circuit court.

March 28: The CIA and Pakistani intelligence service capture a top al Qaeda operative, Abu Zubayda. Zubayda is shot multiple times while attempting to evade capture.

April: A document on SERE techniques is circulated to JPRA and Department of Defense staffers.

May: The CIA asks senior White House officials, including National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice, to consider the possibility of using rough interrogation tactics, such as waterboarding, in interrogations.

May 8: José Padilla, who allegedly planned a "dirty bomb" attack, is arrested in Chicago; he is currently serving a 17-year sentence in a supermax prison. He and two other combatants were held incommunicado in a Navy brig for years following their detention.

July: Richard Shiffrin, a counsel in the Department of Defense, inquires about SERE techniques -- initially designed to help U.S. soldiers captured abroad. Members of the CIA learn SERE techniques in September.

July 17: Rice meets with CIA Director George Tenet. She says the CIA may go ahead with its planned interrogation of Zubayda, if the Justice Department signs off.

July 26: Attorney General John Ashcroft concludes that waterboarding is lawful, allowing the CIA to go ahead and use the technique on Zubayda.

August 1: Jay Bybee, then head of the OLC and now a federal judge, sends a memo to John Rizzo, counsel to the CIA, about torture and Zubayda. He says 10 escalating techniques, leading up to waterboarding, do not constitute torture and may be used.

August 1: In another memo to White House counsel Alberto Gonzales, largely written by Yoo and commonly called the "Bybee Memo," the OLC concludes that only acts which result in pain equivalent to "organ failure, impairment of bodily function, or even death," constitute torture; all lesser abuse is legal. Yale Law School Dean Harold Koh called it "perhaps the most clearly erroneous legal opinion I have ever read."

August: Zubayda is waterboarded more than 80 times over the course of the month.

September 25: David Addington, counsel to Cheney, and other high-ranking administration lawyers travel to Guantánamo to review procedures and conditions.

October 7: Bush gives a speech making the case for the link between al Qaeda and Iraq. "We've learned that Iraq has trained al Qaeda members in bomb-making and poisons and deadly gases," he says. The information was false, given by a detainee under intense interrogation.
New reports suggest that the White House pressured interrogators to elicit evidence of a link between Iraq and al Qaeda, leading to more and harsher "enhanced interrogations." No such link ever existed.

November: In the "Salt Pit," a secret, CIA-run prison in Kabul, Afghanistan, guards strip a detainee, chain him outdoors, and leave him there. He dies of hypothermia.

December 2: Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld approves coercive interrogation techniques, including "inducing stress by use of detainee's fears (e.g. dogs)," for Guantánamo. He jots on a memo, "I stand for 8-10 hours a day. Why is standing limited to four hours?"

2003

February 5: Secretary of State Colin Powell addresses the United Nations. Unwittingly citing false information coerced from a detainee, he makes the case for war against Iraq.

March 1: U.S. and Pakistani forces capture Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, a top al Qaeda operative.

March: U.S. interrogators waterboard Mohammed 183 times over the course of the month.

March 14: Yoo sends William Haynes, counsel to the Department of Defense, a memo working through the applicability of international and national law to detainee treatment. It cites the prerogative of national "self-defense" and the executive power of the president as paramount.

March 20: The United States invades Iraq.

June 6: The 9/11 Commission requests interrogation documents and logs from the Department of Defense, FBI, and CIA, including all material relating to Zubayda. The CIA supplies written summaries, rather than original documents.

October 7: Under the Freedom of Information Act, the American Civil Liberties Union requests all information about detainees held overseas by the United States.

October 9: The Red Cross -- the only independent organization afforded access to the Guantánamo detainees -- issues a public statement about the "deterioration in the psychological health of a large number of detainees" there.

2004

March: The United States repatriates the "Tipton Three," Britons held in Guantánamo, to Britain, which releases them without charge. They provide a public statement alleging abuse, including severe beatings.

April 28 - May 10: The New Yorker's Seymour Hersh and CBS News break the story of the abuse of prisoners at Abu Ghraib.

June 8: The Washington Post's Dana Priest and Jeffrey Smith break the story of the OLC torture memos.

June 15-16: OLC head Jack Goldsmith withdraws the August 2002 Bybee torture memo to Gonzales, and subsequently resigns.

June 28: In Rasul v. Bush and Hamdi v. Rumsfeld, the Supreme Court rules that Guantánamo Bay detainees have the legal right to challenge their detention.

December 30: Daniel Levin, the new acting head of the OLC, issues a new memo declaring torture illegal and broadening its definition.

2005

May 10: Steven Bradbury of the OLC authors a detailed, 46-page memo to John Rizzo, the CIA counsel, authorizing a variety of coercive interrogation techniques and arguing that even the harshest techniques are not torture. He writes, "As you have informed us, the CIA has previously used the waterboard repeatedly on two detainees, and, as far as can be determined, these detainees did not experience physical pain or, in the professional judgment of doctors, is there any medical reason to believe they would have done so." A second, shorter memo describes the detention process and again stresses that nothing being done is torture, and therefore is legal.

May 20: The New York Times publishes an exposé by Carlotta Gall and Tim Golden of the death of Dilawar, an Afghani farmer, at Bagram Air Base two years earlier. The story later becomes the basis of Taxi to the Dark Side, an Oscar-winning documentary by Alex Gibney.

May 30: Bradbury sends a third memo to John Rizzo, again working through the legality of enhanced techniques. It says 28 detainees have been subject to them. It also mentions terrorist plots that might have been stopped due to the enhanced interrogation of detainees, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and claims that half the Counter Terrorism Center's reporting on al Qaeda stemmed from information from CIA detainees. On page 37, it notes the number of times Zubayda and Mohammed were waterboarded.

As first reported on ForeignPolicy.com, Philip Zelikow, then an advisor to the secretary of state, circulates an opinion repudiating the new memos. The White House attempts to collect and destroy all copies, Zelikow says.

November 2: In the Washington Post, investigative reporter Dana Priest describes the black site prisons. Sometime this month, the CIA destroys videotapes of the interrogations of high-value detainees.

December: Congress passes the Detainee Treatment Act, which outlaws "cruel, inhumane, or degrading" treatment of U.S.-held prisoners anywhere in the world. Members of Congress are unaware of OLC memos categorizing harsh techniques, including waterboarding, as legal.

2006

June 12: Dick Marty, a Swiss prosecutor, releases a report created for the Council of Europe. It describes the involvement of European countries in aiding the extraordinary rendition and secret imprisonment of detainees by the United States. A second, more-detailed report comes out one year later.
October 24: In an interview for a radio program, Cheney says waterboarding's a "no-brainer." "I think the terrorist threat, for example, with respect to our ability to interrogate high-value detainees like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, [waterboarding]'s been a very important tool that we've had to be able to secure the nation," he says. "Khalid Sheikh Mohammed provided us with enormously valuable information about how many there are, about how they plan, what their training processes are and so forth; we've learned a lot. We need to be able to continue that."

2007

June 10: Three Guantánamo detainees commit suicide.

June 29: Ruling on Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, the Supreme Court determines that the United States must comply with the Geneva Conventions in its treatment of Guantánamo detainees.

July 20: Bush thwarts congressional efforts to restrict CIA interrogation techniques to those authorized for the military and signs an executive order allowing the CIA to use harsher methods.

2008

June 12: Deciding Boumediene v. Bush and Al Odah v. United States, the Supreme Court determines that Guantánamo detainees should be able to file habeas corpus petitions in federal court.

November: The Senate Armed Services Committee receives a report on the treatment of detainees. It details the use of aggressive techniques, such as stress positions, on Guantánamo, Bagram, and Abu Ghraib detainees. The report notes that harsh interrogations began before the memos declaring them legal were written; Pentagon officials started considering harsh techniques in late 2001. It also sheds light on the actions of the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency, which oversaw SERE techniques.

2009

March: Courts in Spain consider indicting the "Bush Six," including Bybee, Yoo, and Cheney, for human rights abuses due to their reputed authorization of torture in contravention of the Geneva Conventions. The idea is later dropped.

April 30: The New York Review of Books publishes a 2007 internal memo from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), describing medical professionals present during the "enhanced interrogation" of detainees at Guantánamo. It is the third such ICRC memo to leak.

April 16: The American Civil Liberties Union posts four previously classified Bush administration memos obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request. They reveal the great extent of the waterboarding of Abu Zubayda and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, among other details. The White House says that the CIA officers involved will not be prosecuted -- though immediately lawyers and journalists argue that the White House can broker no such protection.

April 21: Cheney calls for the release of Bush administration memos clarifying that in some cases waterboarding and other aggressive techniques produced actionable evidence.

April 21: Obama offers some support for the idea of a bipartisan commission to examine the Bush administration's enhanced interrogation program. Reports suggest he previously rejected the idea, to avoid ratcheting up the issue.

Pawns of the Game

Following is what I could scrounge around for you. This is how the cases are developed and then used as the CROWN in their career by the Secret Agencies. Does it sound familiar? Daniel Boyd's case is developed through an informant and taped conversations. 90% of the population can easily be indicted this way. The funny thing is that Hollywood that acts like a sniffing dog has already made a movie on what is coming. Watch the movie and you will go crazy with the excitement! The name of the movie is "Minority Report" (2002), and the main actor is Tom Cruise. See if this site works for you: http://www.56.com/u90/v_MzIyMTUzODM.html

This program was relayed on 08.07.2009 at 12.00 noon on NPR under the name :This American Life". It is more detailed and interesting when you hear it. See if you can find it in NPR's archives. I could not find it. If you do, put it on my site too. The website of the following article is:
http://www.thisamericanlife.com/Radio_Episode.aspx?episode=387

It goes like this: 387: Arms Trader 2009

The U.S. government spent two years on a sting operation trapping an Indian man named Hemant Lakhani, whom they suspected of being an illegal arms dealer. It's one of the first cases that went to trial in the War on Terror, and one the Justice Department pointed to as one of their big successes. In the end, they got Lakhani, red-handed, delivering a missile to a terrorist in New Jersey. The only problem was, nothing in the sting was what it appeared to be. Including the missile.

Prologue.

Host Ira Glass describes a recent terrorism case in Newburgh, N.Y., in which four men were arrested after planting bombs in front of a synagogue and Jewish community center. Ira discusses the case with Aziz Huq, assistant professor at the University of Chicago Law School and co-author of Unchecked and Unbalanced: Presidential Power in a Time of Terror. Huq says the Newburgh case isn’t what it seems, because without the help of a government informant, the four men probably wouldn’t have been able to organize an act of terrorism. The Newburgh case is part of a pattern of sting operations the government has undertaken since September 11th as part of its mandate to catch terrorists before they strike. The first big investigation to test this approach—the case of Hemant Lakhani—is the subject of today’s show. (4 minutes).

Act One.

Hemant Lakhani, an Indian-born British citizen, had been a salesman all his life. Clothing, rice, oil ... it didn't matter to him what, as long as he could spin a deal. Then one day, sitting in a hotel room with a gangster he happened to know, the phone rang. It wasa business friend of the gangster's, calling from America. The man on the phone was rich, Lakhani was told. Maybe he would invest in Lakhani's latest venture. So Lakhani started talking to the man over the phone. Pretty soon they set up a meeting at a hotel in New Jersey, to talk business. But when Lakhani got there, the man seemed to be only interested in buying weapons. Illegal weapons, for Somali terrorists. Lakhani, always eager to make a deal, said he can help him out. What he didn't know, is that the supposed rich business man was an FBI informant, and that he had just walked into an elaborate government sting. Petra Bartosiewicz reports. (30 minutes)

Act Two.

Our story about Hemant Lakhani’s case continues, through the sting and the trial. (21 minutes.)

Act Three.

Ira talks to Aziz Huq about whether cases like Lahkani’s will continue to be pursued under the Obama administration, and why that's problematic.

Questions to the FBI allegations

The Conspiracy

According to the indictment, during the period from 1989 through 1992, Daniel Boyd traveled to Pakistan and Afghanistan where he received military-style training in terrorist training camps for the purpose of engaging in violent jihad. Following this training, he allegedly fought in Afghanistan.

Question: Was this at a time after he was trained by CIA to fight Russians?

From roughly November 2006 through at least July 2009, the indictment alleges that Daniel Boyd and the other defendants conspired to provide material support and resources to terrorists, including currency, training, transportation, and personnel. The defendants also conspired to murder, kidnap, maim, and injure persons abroad during this period. The object of the conspiracy, according to the indictment, was to advance violent jihad, including supporting and participating in terrorist activities abroad and committing acts of murder, kidnapping, or maiming persons abroad.

Question: Any solid proof?

The indictment alleges that, as part of the conspiracy, the defendants prepared themselves to engage in violent jihad and were willing to die as martyrs. They also allegedly offered training in weapons and financing, and helped arrange overseas travel and contacts so others could wage violent jihad overseas.

Question: Any solid proof other than illegal conversation taping? Even some of the Congressmen and Senators could be indicted for the intentions of committing heinous crimes if tapes in private. Anybody that stands for human rights and witnesses the killing, maiming and destruction going on around the Muslim world by the hands of American and NATO forces could express his anger in a violent way, the way Carlos Bledsoe showed his anger in Arkansas and opened the fire at two recruits, see: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1190351/Soldier-killed-Muslim-convert-opens-U-S-army-recruiting-centre.html

As part of the conspiracy, the indictment further alleges that the defendants raised money to support training efforts, disguised the destination of such monies from the donors, and obtained assault weapons to develop skills with the weapons. Some defendants also allegedly radicalized others to believe that violent jihad was a personal religious obligation.

Question: According to the news he is a businessman and his son deposited major portion of the money in the Bank. Is that where one hides his illegal money?

Recruitment and Travels

Among other acts, the indictment alleges that Daniel Boyd traveled to Gaza in March 2006 and attempted to enter Palestine in order to introduce his son to individuals who also believed that violent jihad was a personal religious obligation. Later, in October 2006, defendant Ziyad Yaghi allegedly departed the United States for Jordan to engage in violent jihad.

Question: What I remember from first hand info, he had taken his 11 or 12 year old son to Palestine, leaving the three older ones behind, he must have been using microwave technology that works in reverse! I wonder if anybody is laughing at this foolish accusation? By the way I remember seeing even the pic through email of just the two of them in front of Aqsa Mosque.

In June 2007, Daniel Boyd and several other defendants departed the United States for Israel in an effort to engage in violent jihad, but ultimately returned to the United States after failing in their efforts. According to the indictment, after his return to the United States, Daniel Boyd made false statements twice to federal officials about who he had planned to meet on his trip to Israel.

One would imagine that since they were following them, they would let them have the chance of exposing themselves in the terrorist act and then catch them rather than deporting them back to the US without letting them step on the Israeli soil!

In February 2008, Daniel Boyd allegedly solicited money to fund the travel of additional individuals overseas to engage in violent jihad and in March 2008, discussed with Anes Subasic preparations to send two individuals abroad for this purpose. He allegedly accepted $500 in cash from defendant Hysen Sherifi to be used to help fund jihad overseas and later showed Sherifi how to operate an AK-47 assault weapon.

Question: Boy, Boyd must be a magician that $500.00 is sufficient to take care of everything related to his terrorist activities! Or may be he only took 500 to increase the blessings of his own money.

In July 2008, Sharifi allegedly departed the United States for Kosovo to engage in violent jihad. According to the indictment, Sharifi later returned to North Carolina in April 2009, for the purpose of soliciting funds and personnel to support the mujihadeen.

Question: Before their indictment we learnt about Sharif that his wife is in Kosovo since he is from there, she is pregnant, so he comes to the US to earn some money since there are no jobs there and then goes back to live there for as long as money lasts, and then comes back again to earn. I have known many families doing this who are unable to earn locally since America is considered a green pasture.
In any case, even if we suppose that he was going back to Kosovo to do so called violent jihad: What do Americans do when someone kills their loved ones, take revenge? Is it only the right of non-Muslims to kill MUSLIMS, or Muslims as human being have the same right too? Who does not know that Muslims are being persecuted in their own countries by either foreign forces or their own tyrant governments: in Chechniya, Kosovo, Kashmir, Somalia, Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Burma, Indonesia, Phillipine, Egypt, Palestine, Israel, India, Algeria, Nigeria, China and many other countries. Are they supposed to be slain like lame ducks, the way it is happening in many countries or they have a right to defend? Could they be blamed if they followed American policy of Proactive and Preemptive strikes?

Weapons and Training

The indictment also alleges that Daniel Boyd obtained a variety of weapons in furtherance of the conspiracy to murder persons overseas and provide material support to terrorists. These included a Bushmaster M4A3 rifle that Boyd allegedly received illegally via interstate commerce in 2006, as well as an ETA M16 V System C-MAG that he purchased in 2006. In 2007, he allegedly purchased a Ruger mini 14 long gun.

Question: According to the original allegations it was made public that Daniel Boyd was planning to kidnap, kill and maim Israelis. Could he carry all those famous weapons through the aeroplane search, or he was planning to charter a private jet like Bill Clinton or a better one since he would have to hide it from the radar as well and take all the 7 terrorists with all the collected ammunition to Israel and use it there since collecting the weapons has to have a purpose!

During 2008, the indictment alleges that Boyd purchased a Mossburg 100 ATR .270 rifle, a Llama Camanche III .357 revolver, a Century Arms AK Sporter 7.62 X 39 rifle and a Ruger mini 30 7.62 X 39 rifle. During 2009, Boyd allegedly purchased a Ishmash SAGA .308 rifle, a Century Arms Polish Tantal 5.45 X 39 rifle, a Century Arms C91 rifle .308, a Century Arms M70B1 7.62 X 34 rifle, a Ruger mini 14 5.56 rifle, and a Smith & Wesson MP15 .223 rifle.

Question: Is it illegal to possess the weapons in the Southern States of USA?

The indictment further alleges that in February 2009, Daniel Boyd and his son, Dylan Boyd, knowingly sold a Beretta 9 mm handgun and ammunition to a convicted felon. In addition, the indictment alleges that in June 2009, Daniel Boyd and his son, Zakariya Boyd, used firearms in furtherance of a crime of violence, specifically conspiracy to murder.

Question: I wonder if the sale was without documentation and if a person is supposed to do background check of the buyer when selling anything? Also I am wondering when did Zakariya Boyd have the time to do whatever he is being accused of because according to my info during June 2009 they were busy visiting their Grandmother who lives in Maryland and who has cancer.

Finally, the indictment alleges that Daniel Boyd and several of the defendants practiced military tactics and the use of weapons on private property in Caswell County, N.C., in June and July 2009.

Question: Hmm, so no more judo, karate, tykwando, archery, paintball practices because they are all part of military tactics!

Each of the defendants faces potential life imprisonment if convicted of conspiracy to murder, kidnap, maim, and injure persons abroad. In addition, conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists carries a maximum 15-year sentence. The charges of receiving a firearm through interstate commerce and selling a firearm to a convicted felon each carry a maximum 10-year sentence. Making false statements in a terrorism investigation carries a maximum eight-year sentence, while possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence carries a consecutive five-year sentence.

This investigation is being conducted by the Raleigh Joint Terrorism Task Force of the Charlotte Division of the FBI and NCISAAC, the North Carolina Information Sharing and Analysis Center.

The prosecution is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Barbara D. Kocher and Jason Cowley of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina, and Trial Attorney Jason Kellhofer, of the Counterterrorism Section in the Justice Department’s National Security Division.

The public is reminded that an indictment contains mere allegations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Question: A new piece of knowledge! So an innocent person can be arrested, tortured, imprisoned, his house can be wrecked, his possessions can be confiscated, even his female family members and minor kids can be arrested, intimidated, separated from their mother and pushed out of their dwelling before even he is proven guilty! What a law in strict line with Human Rights considerations. I wonder if this is democracy that America is trying to promote abroad with its MILITARY POWER!

PLEASE, SWEAR TO GOD, I AM REALLY INNOCENT, DON'T START CHASING ME. AND READERS IF YOU DON'T FIND ANY NEW POST ON MY BLOG, START WONDERING ABOUT MY WHEREABOUTS.
