There were no Pakistanis or Afghans involved in 9/11?

Predator drones, the new technology behind the same old violence:

Figures compiled by the Pakistani authorities show that a total of 701 people, including 14 al-Qaeda leaders, have been killed since January 2006 in 60 American predator attacks targeting the tribal areas of Pakistan. Two strikes carried out in 2006 had killed 98 civilians while three attacks conducted in 2007 had slain 66 Pakistanis, yet none of the wanted al-Qaeda or Taliban leaders could be hit by the Americans right on target. However, of the 50 drone attacks carried out between January 29, 2008 and April 8, 2009, 10 hit their targets and killed 14 wanted al-Qaeda operatives. Most of these attacks were carried out on the basis of intelligence believed to have been provided by the Pakistani and Afghan tribesmen who had been spying for the US-led allied forces stationed in Afghanistan.

The remaining 50 drone attacks went wrong due to faulty intelligence information, killing hundreds of innocent civilians, including women and children. The number of the Pakistani civilians killed in those 50 attacks stood at 537, in which 385 people lost their lives in 2008 and 152 people were slain in the first 99 days of 2009 (between January 1 and April 8).

Of the 50 drone attacks, targeting the Pakistani tribal areas since January 2008, 36 were carried out in 2008 and 14 were conducted in the first 99 days of 2009. Of the 14 attacks targeting Pakistan in 2009, three were carried out in January, killing 30 people, two in February killing 55 people, five in March killing 36 people and four were conducted in the first nine days of April, killing 31 people.

Of the 14 strikes carried out in the first 99 days of April 2009, only one proved successful, killing two most wanted senior al-Qaeda leaders – Osama al Kini and Sheikh Ahmed Salim Swedan. Both had lost their lives in a New Year’s Day drone strike carried out in the South Waziristan region on January 1, 2009.

Reflect with total honesty as a human being

I found two interesting documents on the Web, I am placing them both for the readers' comparison, hoping to get honest and candid unabusive reflections. And ulema have throughout Islamic history unanimously agreed that the jihad is an individual duty if the enemy destroys the Muslim countries. This was revealed by Imam Bin-Qadamah in AI_Mughni, Imam al-Kisa'i in AI-Bada'i, al-Qurtubi in his interpretation, and the shaykh of al-Islam in his books, where he said: "As for the militant struggle, it is aimed at defending sanctity and religion, and it is a duty as agreed . Nothing is more sacred than belief except repulsing an enemy who is attacking religion and life."

Boyd's Bank Robbery in Pakistan

20 years back Boyd was arrested in Pakistan for Bank Robbery, he must be criminal! He has a history of crimes. Even as he was doing VIOLENT jihad against Russians with the help of CIA (whose sweet boy at the time was an Afghan Gulbuddin Hikmatyar, the leader of Hizb-e-Islami), he was such a criminal that he robbed the bank and his hand and foot were supposed to be cut off. Is the news about the bank robbery as important as the news about his eviction on the ground that it was a set up against him, and appeal court found the evidence totally false.

Does it sound familiar, "the issue of evidence and its reliability"? Isn't it a repeat of what was done to Boyd in Pakistan? He is again indicted on false charges, using his audio out of context, turning his legal ammunition possession into illegal, his practice of shooting illegal, his possession of money that IN ORDER TO HIDE, HE DEPOSITED IN THE BANK :) illegal, his not going to a specific Masjid that spies for FBI, illegal, his training of kids like every other Southern American, illegal. Thus he is portrayed one of the most dangerous terrorists and he is going to be sentenced for life!

Guantanamo Bay is a living example of false indictment. Most of the people in Guantanamo or anywhere else in the prisons were sold to American troops for $5000.00. With all the poverty and war in their faces who would not want to sell anybody to America with whom he has some personal enmity. The enemy is gone and the dollars are earned. Could there be anything better than that? Those people could not make $5,000.00 even if they worked all their lives, so if they have no conscience and are selfish, are they going to miss this golden opportunity? For those who are searching the truth and support Human Rights, a good book to read would be: Enemy Combatant: A British Muslim's Journey To Guantanamo and Back (ISBN 0-7432-8567-0) and in the United States as Enemy Combatant: My Imprisonment at Guantanamo, Bagram, and Kandahar (ISBN 1-59558-136-7).

VIOLENT Jihad

Couldn't there be a better way of hyping the word jihad than "VIOLENT jihad". Every time I read it, it makes me laugh! Is the meaning of war peace. Or the War the western countries are waging against almost all the visible Muslim countries is peaceful? Is throwing 500lb bomb PEACEFUL? Is sending missile PEACEFUL? Is using tazer to stun innocent people PEACEFUL? Is striking with drones PEACEFUL? Is shooting with most modern weapons PEACEFUL? Are war exercises PEACEFUL? Arresting through kidnapping and torturing PEACEFUL? Is waterboarding PEACEFUL? If it is not then why don't we listen or read in the news: a violent strike caused 50 Pakistanis' death. Or a violent 500lb bomb was dropped in Baghdad, which caused a Football field size deep crater, bringing dozens of buildings violently down, killing and maiming hundreds of people violently. Or the soldiers killed 50 Taliban violently with the automatic weapons. Or something like that which is very clearly really really VIOLENT! What is Media trying to tell people by "VIOLENT jihad"?

I am at a loss. Can someone explain to me what is fact and what is fiction? I am going crazy. HUH!

Ethnic Cleansing

Do the following comments prove my point that I made some days ago; Daniel Boyd is a distraction only plus since he is a Muslim, he knows that every Muslim is obliged islamically to protect his brother Muslim, so there is always a chance of his defending other Muslims that are persecuted in Israel and elsewhere in the world but does that sound unnatural? The proper way of preventing the so called terrorism is for each country to confine itself within its boundries, depend on its own resources, respect other countries' sovereignty and everything will be hunky dory.

9/11 vs Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and pretty soon Iran

Twin Towers were knocked down in a few hrs of a day, God knows by whose conspiracy, and 4,000 people were killed. According to WRAL: 9/11 left mental, physical effects on people. The World Trade Center Health Registry was created to track the health of the 400,000 people exposed to the attack and its aftermath.

May be the World Trade Center Health Registry should also track the health conditions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan where the war has been going on for so many years as a result of which hundreds of buildings have been knocked down through bombing of years, millions of people have been displaced, tens of thousands have been killed and maimed, thousands have been incarcerated in Abu Ghuraib, Bagram, Guantanamo Bay and dozens of secret prisons.

I wonder what kind of mental, physical and financial health those people are in? Unless we consider them sub-humans or non-humans!

$27,000 a sign of terrorism

Is it worth mentioning that a businessman deposited stolen money in a "BANK"? To hide it away from the Government's eye?So from now on anybody who deposits $16,000 in a bank should be considered a terrorism suspect. Hold on a second. Would it apply to all American citizens or just Muslims? Are those Muslims supposed to be immigrants or now we have gone on notch up and every Muslim is included in this suspicion? Watch out Doctors, Engineers and millionaires business people! 16000 or even 13000 is enough to make you a terrorism suspect. HA HA HA

SSSEVEN TERRORIST SUSSSPECTS

What an issue: He offers his Friday Prayers at home! How in the world that proves him to be a terrorist? This is like someone saying about a Christian or a Jew that he is a terrorist because he does not go to the Church every Sunday, or Synagogue every Saturday, or he is a terrorist because he does not go to a specific church, or he is a terrorist because he is changed from a Catholic christian to Jehovah's witness! Could someone help me to make some sense out of it, huh.

A noticeable fact here is that all the focus is on SAIFULLAH, the so called SSSSSSSSWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDD of Allah and nobody is questioning the legitimacy of the arrest of all the other kids that are being dragged along to puff up the case, to play the number game. Don't people have their own families and their own kids that may bring a little bit of fear of God in their hearts? Are FBI Agents and Prosecuters without families that they have no feelings for other families?

Could a neighbor be considered a reliable witness?

A person praised another person's character, so a wise man asked him: How are you so sure about his character? Have you lived next door to him? Have you traveled with him? Or have you done business with him?

Daniel Boyd's neighbours are praising him who have lived with him for 8 years or so. His business associates are wondering how a nice person like him could be considered a terrorist! And of course, many people who have traveled with him, will swear about his good character.

With all the clear signs of his innocence, he is portrayed as the worst creature there could be, and people are so gullible that they are ready to believe in every piece of garbage that is being presented in the news.

There are certain obvious facts that even a less intelligent person can notice:
1- All of his weapons are legally purchased and he has license for all of them.
2- When you own weapons, you practise on them otherwise you will be a real fool to even have them in your possession!
3- His indicted kids are Eagle Scouts who need to learn to use all kinds of fighting tactics.
4- If he were planning to attack Israel, he could not have traveled with his so much propped up weapons abroad, so what is the fuss about the weapons?
5- All of his neighbors, business partners, friends and acquaintances will witness, knowing him as a person, that he would never agree with the idea of suicide bombing because to the Muslims like him it is forbidden in Islam!
6- He has no record of terrorism ever since Afghan vs Russian war for which Government agencies recruited anybody and everybody that was willing to go to the war. According to the first hand story, people were offered thousands of dollars, visa service and air ticket in order to go to Afghanistan to free Afghans off Russian invasion in the company and training of CIA. So why now this hue and cry about him being trained in Pakistan and Afghanistan, as if it is the last year that they are talking about!
7- Even if, for the argument's sake, for a minute he is considered a terrorist, what was his female family members fault who were hand-cuffed, intimidated and detained for long hours before being released, one of them being his full term pregnant daughter-in-law, the other one 15 year old daughter besides his wife!
8- Even his 14 year old son was arrested and roughed up before being released, God knows under what fear!
9- Last but not the least, his Muslim name "Saifullah" is a very beloved name to Muslims because it has the beautiful meaning: Sword of Allah. Daniel named himself with this name probably over 20 years back when he accepted Islam. And for all I know, it might have been one of the Muslims who suggested this to him at the time of his conversion. Why is Media stressing so much on the meaning when they talk about his alleged plot of terrorism? To scare people about how horrendous his personality is?
To anybody with normal intelligence it is clearly a pretext for another attack on the Muslim world like what Bush administration did to invade Iraq, Afghanistan and then now Pakistan. It is clearly an agenda to distract American population from Israeli atrocities against Palestinians and to drum support for Israel.
The way Media is turning and twisting the facts against Daniel is another proof of the propaganda they seem to be advised to indulge in: With no supportive facts he is being called: Ring Leader, Dangerous Terrorist, Suicide Bomber, etc. and the kids that have been arrested along with him are portrayed as hard criminals while excluding his kids who have no criminal background, whatsoever, from investigation it is very clear that they are as normal of American kids as you find around your neighborhood or even under your own roof!

Innocent civilians are dying in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Chechnya, Bosnia, Nigeria, Somalia, Kashmir, Palestine and who knows where else, like ants and it does not matter because they happen to be Muslims generally. They are considered collateral damage! On the other hand if there is any Muslim that is strong, intelligent and has sense of justice is a threat to America and the western world! Does it make any sense that three or four men could cause havoc in Israel while 130,000 strong well trained, well equipped American soldiers have not been able to achieve their goal of destruction of Muslim world.
Here these men may have a few guns, even grenades according to the government agencies while the US soldiers are using Robots, Drones, Jet fighters, helicopters and satellite system to destroy the humanity. We don’t talk about the destruction to the Muslim lands and people but the most talked about issues are the few Muslims who are used to distract the real issue of Israeli atrocities against Palestinians, who are not even truly what they are portrayed! Has the world gone crazy?
Dr Rafil Dhafir of Syracuse, an independently wealthy professional had no guns but was running a charity organization to help the helpless needy of Iraq who were dying like ants due to American sanctions against Saddam Hussain! He was indicted for laundering the money, steeling the money! He is rotting in the prison for the last 8 years or more with life imprisonment.
Ali Tamimi, a famous scholar of Virginia didn’t even run the charity organization or possess the guns. He had played with PAINT-BALLS with the youth of his community so he is indicted for terrorist activities because he was practicing shooting with the PAINT-BALLS to destroy the Western World. He is rotting in the prison for life!
Ali Asad of Maryland had allegedly taken a person to the airport who happened to be his friend, who allegedly came to buy the destructive material to help Kashmiris’ Cause against India and since India is USA’s friend, he is indicted for 15 years and rotting in the prison his prime years of life.
Have the readers had enough laugh at the miseries of the Muslims for the ridiculous reasons for life-imprisonment or they need some more anecdotes because there are plenty more like the case of Dr Afia Siddiqui, Pete Seda and hundreds of Guantanamo Bay and other secret and known Prisons' Muslim prisoners.
The next I fear that I will be arrested for spreading the truth about the State Crimes.

Daniel Boyd, THE RING LEADER!

How does media call him ringleader? A ring leader has to have a permanent ring of hard criminals, which ones of the arrested boys have hard criminals’ record. His own sons are model citizens and other boys are normal typical American kids who do a lot of things for fun’s sake. Almost 80% of kids growing in the West, especially in America have done all those things that these kids have done. The only difference between the arrested young men and others is the religion! And whatever crimes they were charged for, do they prove them to be terrorists or make Boyd ring-leader. Did he advise them to do what they did for which they were charged in the court. Why doesn’t media stay fair and fulfill its responsibility of truthful information? Majority of the public don’t even use their brains to analyze the situation and try to filter out the truth. They are being brain-washed by the media so that they get along with what they are guided to. Daniel is not an immigrant that locals should stand against him and pile up as many lies as possible in order to send him back to his country of origin, or get him life imprisonment to let him rot for the rest of his life. His father was a Marine, his one brother works in Pentagon but just because he has chosen the religion of Islam to live by, he is being treated like an out-caste. Why? America can tolerate Bhudists, Hindus, even Atheists but not a Muslim. It is time to contemplate why?

Muslims and terrorism

We have known Boyd for the last 8 years and not once we found him rude, cold, unhelpful or violent. Any time we needed him, he was always there to help us or anybody in need. Moreover, we always found him doing big favors to the people without ever mentioning or boasting about them. One will always feel comfortable with his warm smile and humorous intelligent conversation. A very truthful, bold and God-fearing man who is an ideal husband and excellent father, is accused of kidnapping, maiming and killing; I am at a shock.

The very fact that an innocent person is beaten, tortured, humiliated before he is proven guilty just because his faith is different from those who are doing that to him, brings lots of question marks in one’s mind about those who are crossing the bounds of humanity before even they have proven him guilty! And that is not enough, his young boys who are known for their good character are being incarcerated because they are his sons! No, not yet, that is not all; his wife, full term pregnant daughter-in-law and 15 year old daughter are also tricked, hand cuffed and taken to different interrogation centers, for their only crime that they are related to him! No, even that is not enough! They wreck his house, steel his family's money and important papers, throw Prophet Muhammad's name carved name on the toilet floor, burn places, break doors etc. steel his wife's passport and who knows what else. When one lives in a house, there are thousands of things that are there forgotten until they are needed. It really gives great idea about the freedom of life and democracy. Any time any Muslim can lose his or her freedom and be mistreated under the false pretext of terrorism! I wonder where Muslims stand? They are neither safe in the Muslim countries nor in the Western countries, where should they go? And the funniest part of it is that they are called terrorists! Millions of innocent Muslims are being killed, maimed, kidnapped and displaced all over the Muslim world to promote this so called democracy. It is mind boggling, would anybody explain it to me!

What is his fault?

If Daniel Boyd didn’t have one bad characteristic attached to him, he will be the most ideal person anyone will vote for, as we have been witnessing from the news media. The fault is: “He is a Muslim”. Being a Muslim and being nice is scary because a good Muslim’s sense of justice is very strong. It is not limited to one specific country, he cares about the human life and justice for all. His dependence on the Creator makes him independent of any fear of human beings. Thus he is considered a threat!

An endless torture

Has America become a global policeman that even though no violence has been committed on the American soil, no illegal possession or activity has been reported against these men, yet they have been arrested, their women have been manhandled, their house has been wrecked, their money and personal docts have been stolen, their bank accounts are being closed and the women are scared of hate-crimes against them?

Is State violence and a show of disrespect to the religion of its law abiding citizens just because their belief is different than their own, going to improve the security of the society?

A criminal is punished for his/her crime, but a Muslim is punished for his/her belief! Have people forgotten that there is a Super Power Who has promised to do the Justice and every wrong would be returned to the wrong-doer? Natural disasters like earthquakes, storms, wildfires, tornadoes, etc. are but a sign for the humans to realize their limitations and humility. If one can run away from the death and let him do what he wants, but if has to die then let him be watchful over his deeds!

A bitter fact

Danial Boyd with his two sons and three other Muslim men have been arrested without much substantial proof of guilt, yet the circumstances tell that proofs hardly matter when it comes to incarcerate Muslims, we have a great example of Guantanamo, other prisons in the USA and around the globe. The fact that Muhammad was bitten by the dogs right as he was arrested, his wife, mother and 15 year old sister were manhandled by 12 strong men of the Government Agency, intimidated and kept in detention for many hours, his 14 year old brother was initially arrested along with others and treated like a criminal is all a proof of undue use of authority and clear prejudice against Muslims in general. They had not committed any crime and they were living as law abiding citizens, then why were they treated so disrespectfully and inhumanly? The whole family, men and women, even Muhammad’s full term pregnant wife! Why their house is wrecked with no accountability? Why their

One noticeable policy seems to be clamping down influencial practicibg Muslims. Clear examples are Dr Rafil of Syracuse, Ali Tamimi of Virginia, Dr Afia Siddiqui, Pete Seda just to name a few.

More fact collected on Thursday 7/30/2009

1-The person who took the brothers to the construction site and got them arrested, then came back to the women with the false news of their family's car accident with a trailer truck and took them to the back of the Duke Hospital for their arrest is known to be a Muslim and his name is Salahuddin, he is Afro-American and from what I remember from Saifullah's wife, lives in Durham.
2- Their house is wracked, as what Sabrina told me on the phone, the carved name ‘Muhammad”, peace be upon him, that was hanging on the wall of one of the living rooms was thrown down on the toilet floor, there were burnt marks on the floor of the house, a door was broken, cash of $14,000 was stolen, business and personal checkbooks were taken away, the business invoices and all the records related to their construction business has been taken away such that she can’t even collect their payment from the people they worked for.
3-They are living with their friends for now, even though yesterday they were allowed to go back to their home, but they fear about hate-crime, having no hope of protection from the Sheriff considering the circumstances.

Today seven innocent Muslims have been indicted in Raleigh under the pretext of terrorism with the fabricated stories. We know this for sure because we used to live in Raleigh and knew these people and have never witnessed any violence from them. As we see the pics that are being posted to support the fabricated stories, we know that they are taken from the face book which the kids themselves posted to crack jokes with their friends. Most of them are summer camp pics that they took in different poses.

Like them a lot of Muslims have been indicted on false stories and many have either disappeared totally or are incarcerated in unknown places God knows for how long, like Pete Seda, Dr. Afia Siddiqui, Ali Tamimi, Dr. Rafil Dhafir, to name a few.

In today’s case it is actually mainly one family; father and 3 sons, one of them 14 or 15 years. First they tricked the men of the family to go to a construction site through their hypocrite so called Muslim informer and arrested the men, away from public's eye. Then they tricked the female family members, telling them that the men got in an accident and one of their family members had died so they need to go to the Duke Trauma Center. Since the men had gone with that same person, the female members didn't doubt the story and rushed with him, only to be taken to the back side of the hospital where in the guise of construction workers and doctors, the agency men and women surrounded the three women; wife of Daniel Boyd, his 15 year old daughter and his almost full term pregnant 22 year old daughter-in-law. They forcefully hand-cuffed them, 12 men over powering 3 women, and then took them to the detention center in three different cars. To intimidate the daughter in Law, they kept her in the car, roaming around for an hour and a half before taking to the detention center, trying to stand her up against her in-laws. There they separately interrogated each one of them for several hours and then eventually let them go because they did this all with no warrants.

One of the other arrested men also has pregnant wife in Kosovo and he was planning to go there soon to be with her.

The men were intimidated by the dogs’ bites and beating. We all know, that through these tactics you can have any confession you want!

Please do something urgently to stop this torture of innocent Muslims in the name of terrorism. This is simply a case being built for the sake of favorable opinion development for Israel since due to internet people have a better information system and they are realizing how inhumanly Israel is treating Palestinians!
